Brassica oleracea gongylodes
A purple exterior with white flesh hybrid produces round-flat bulb with medium tops. Good yield, a very nutritive and flavorful snack for the entire family.
CULTURAL PRACTICES: Plant seeds 1 cm deep in a rich soil, in early spring. SOIL: Soil should have a pH around 6.5. SPACING:Space the rows 30 to 45 cm apart and thin seedlings to 13 cm apart. HARVEST:Harvest when young, 5 cm diameter after approximately 60 days.
