This variety produces pods slightly smaller than those of regular varieties but they are of the finest quality. Flower stems drop to the ground and develop clusters of nuts, under the ground surface.
CULTURAL PRACTICES: Plant three (3) seeds per mound in a warm and sandy soil. The groundnut grows best when summers are long and hot. Do not sow too deeply. HARVEST: Harvest after the first frost and let them dry in their hulls. Before eating cook the groundnut in the oven at 150° C (300° F).
