Daikon radish sprouts have a strong taste of radish. They have a high content of vitamins A, B1, B2, C and PP, minerals iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium and phosphorus. Known to help strengthen the muscular tissue, develop sight, and improve the digestive process as well as the immune system.
