Dill sprouts are ready in about 8 to10 days. The sprouting process is a bit delicate: the seeds and the sprouts must be kept well moisturized, but not wet. Dill sprouts are rich in vitamins and minerals. They can help digestion; they are diuretic, antispasmodic and deworming. Their taste is a mix of fennel and anise. Dill sprouts give fragrance and taste, quite delicious with fish, fresh cheese, and omelettes.
