Radish - Pink Chinese
This pink sprout has a very high concentration of nutrient substances such as Iron, Iodine and Vitamins (A, B1, B2, C and PP), which help improving the digestive process as well as our organism’s overall defenses. Radish sprouts have slightly hot taste that makes them suitable for spicing up salads, fish and meat, both cooked and raw.
