Radish - Rambo
Red Radish Rambo sprouts are purple-coloured with a nice spicy taste. They are rich in vitamins and minerals that can help strengthen muscular tissues, develop a better sight, have antiseptic properties and improve the digestive process as well as our organism’s overall defences. Their rather strong taste makes them particularly suitable for salads, fish and meat, both raw and cooked.
Soak (hours); 6 - 12 Rinse/drain per day: 2 - 3 Harvest (days): 3 - 6 sprouts / 5 – 14 microgreens Yield (weight ratio): 5 : 1 sprouts / 8 : 1 microgreens
