Wheat sprouts are rich in proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins C, E, B, B17, and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium. They are very energetic and help elasticity of the tissues, as well as hair and nails. Wheat sprouts have a delicate taste, quite appreciated in salads, as canapés and flans. They are also used to prepare mixed shakes and mashed vegetables.
