We now offer you the very popular tropical herb favored in Thai cuisine, lemongrass. Not only is it widely used as a culinary herb but also as a medicinal herb in India. It has long, slender, pale green stems that are thick and fleshy with a subtle citrus flavor. Lemongrass can be dried and ground into powder or used fresh in soups, curries and stir-fries. This perennial must be grown in warm weather. (Semi-hardy perennial)
