This chive has a nice dark blue-green color on a fine, to medium, stem. Vigorous and upright growth. Very tolerant to disease and thrips damages on leaves. (Hardy perennial)
Harvest the 2nd year after sowing. Trim regularly at 2.5 cm from the ground to stimulate continuous production. Keeps well when frozen. Pretty pink flowers at the beginning of the summer. Hardiness zone 3.
