PINK OYSTER
The Pink Oyster is an extremely fast growing mushroom that fruit easily producing bright salmon pink colour. Taste is milder than others oyster mushrooms and it's very attractive when used fresh in a salad.The color changes after cooking.

'FRONTENAC GRIS'
Frontenac Gris started as a single bud mutation yielding rose grey fruits with small seeds. Developped by University of Minnesota, it presents sublime aromas of pineapple, peach apricot and citrus. Unique and complex flavors make this an excellent grape for table and also ice wines. Late in zone 4 it is perfect for zone 5. Disease resistant.

MARY STOKER
This Chrysanthemum forms a handsome mound of large daisy flowers. Golden straw-apricot colored single blossoms (9-10 cm) open in mid-summer through early fall, that deepens with age. Very showy. Good for cut flowers. The plant itself is about 75 cm tall, bushy and spreads by means of rhizomes forming large clumps. Grows best partial shade, but filtered sunlight is better.

REDSHIFT
Truly cold hardy, with a sturdy, well branched- habit, large flower size and a wide range of colors and patterns. The words red, hardy & coreopsis can now appear in the same sentence! Flowers have deep red centers, that lighten to cream with red streaking toward the outer tips. Flower color gets predominantly red with cooler temperatures creating added interest.
